USAeroteam, Inc
was founded in 1985 at Dayton, Ohio, by Suhas Kakde. Established
to manufacture components for the aerospace industry and to
complement the automotive business of Tape Tech, Inc., acquired
by Suhas Kakde in that same year.
Today, USAeroteam has grown significantly, offering sophisticated
capabilities in design and assembly of engineered Ground Support
Equipment, precision machining, fabrication, and assembly of
engineered products. This base capability is supported by the
expertise to perform program management tailored to a Customer's
specific requirements and quality standards. Our talented engineering
team is experienced & champion in CNC programming,
high temperature alloys fabrication, JIT logistics, assembling,
testing & lean manufacturing.
Over the years, the company has achieved expertise in
computerized control & tracking, scheduling, project, lean,
statistical process control, cost control, capacity planning, &
continuous improvement.

USAeroteam was the first of 600 suppliers to receive
a "Life of the Engine Program" contract in April 1990, for a the
LM6000 jet engine, produced by GE Aircraft Engines.
