was founded in 1985 at Dayton, Ohio, by Suhas Kakde (today
the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder)
and Jeff Maag (VP Auto Business Development).
The
company manufactures international standard components
for the automotive industry, of consistent class and quality.
Its team offers excellent design and manufacturing skills,
program configuration and sourcing management. It sets

GE's Black Belt program, Boeing's D1-9000, SPC, and ISO
9002 ans QS 9000.
