USAutoteam, was founded in 1985 at Dayton,
Ohio, and was operational till 2005, by Suhas Kakde
(today the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder)
and Jeff Maag (VP Business Development).
The
company manufactured international standard components
for the automotive industry, of consistent class and quality.
Its team offers excellent design and manufacturing skills,
program configuration and sourcing management. It sets
and meets very high quality requirements, such as supporting
Black Belt program, SPC, and ISO 9002 & QS 9000.

Delco Remy (ABS Engineering Team) as the Top Quality Supplier
(#1 out of 125) after scoring 145 out of 145 consistently
for years on TQM.

Administration Award of Excellence for 1988 and 1992.

for region 5, which book marked it clearly into the list
of the top ten small businesses in the country.
