I am absolutely confident about the major growth that lies ahead of U S Aeroteam, and our success of the mission we are about to embark on. This is the culmination of our lifelong expertise, experience, connections and insights in the Aerospace industry. We know this industry and are convinced that the global Aerospace market has taken off.

We are not just looking for U S Aeroteam’s growth to be a home run for us. I would like this to be a triple win--for ourselves, i.e. our all team members, customers, suppliers and all other stake holders, of course, but also for the Native Indians, our partners in business and for India, where I got solid education, values and is the country that will be the engine of global growth and is an emerging U S ally that is becoming an emerging aerospace player.

On top of the technical expertise and business acumen, We have always played the game by a solid value system--sincerity, fairness and a win-win approach. We are happiest when the whole team wins. That does not mean condoning under performance. We have a laser focus on and uncompromising approach to quality and team work. Education, continuous learning, and improving toward excellence go hand in hand, and that is the Mantra we live by.

I am fortunate to have lived my entire career in Dayton-Cincinnati, Ohio, the birthplace of aviation and one of the hotbeds of future growth in the aerospace industry. We have strategic connections based on our past performance in the DoD.… After being fortunate to have spent two days with Jack and Suzy Welch recently, I received a surprise e-mail from him: “Dear Suhas: I enjoyed meeting you in Boston this week. I was really impressed with your mission. It is truly unique and admirable. Best - Jack.” Aerospace industry is our life. We are passionate about it and are consumed by its challenge and fun. Again, my mission is, “to be the LEANEST U S Aerospace company and create 1,000 new careers with the half of them for the Native Americans and Indians by 2020”
