CNC machined, fabricated and assembled products-components made from titanium,
other hi-temp alloys, steels and aluminum alloys, for jet engines & airplane-structures
and also jet engine handling precision GS Equipment for military.

We are looking for following candidates that have a proven and verifiable track record:
ENGINEERS: Design - Jet Engine Fluid Valves & Heat Exchangers, Mfg. Process,
CNC Programming, Hi Temp Sheet Metal Fab, Quality with Six Sigma, CMM Inspector, Set up
Machinists- CNC Mills & Lathes; Maintenance Tech (Hands on Hydraulic, Pneumatic,
Electrical and PLC )
The ideal candidates should have BS Mechnical or Aero Engineering degree and be capable of
evaluating manufacturing processes using Lean & creative methods & championing continuous
improvements, while quoting, planning eng’g projects, creating and reviewing robust & clever
process changes, preparing detailed drawings-routings-BOMs. These positions requires 8 +
years of experience in A&D industry with CNC programming, tool & fixture design, estimating by
using Edge CAM - ProE /Unigraphics /Catia kernel.
Design Engineers
Creative solutions in fluid dynamics and heat exchange toward
valve and oil cooler product design for Jet engines, risk and abatement analysis, material fatigue
and pressure testing, hydraulics, and overall product validation readiness review, a plus.
Manufacturing Process and Value Engineers
Clever & fast process-solutions for lathes, mills, fabrication & assembly of aluminum, stainless,
titanium & hi-temp metal components for jet engines with AS-9100 and military specs.
Exposure to Sound Quality Systems & having Six Sigma expertise will be a definite plus.
CNC Programmer
Have experience on CAD/ Edge CAM systems working with Solid models & generating
complete tool paths and work instructions; from 2 axis profiling, 3 axis contouring and 4 to 7
axis swarf cutting.
Fabrication Engineer
Hands on shop floor experience with high temp alloys. (IE: bending, stretching, forming,
laser-water jet cutting, welding, assembly, lean batch runs, machining, turning, etc.)
Sales Engineer
Need a BS in Engg, with 8 + years of experience in A&D industry, in our niche. The ideal
person should have a Lean and creative manufacturing background with a solid, verifiable
track record in sales and the ability to open new accounts, target most fitting programs;
travel and build long distance & lasting relationships toward the results, per plan.
Market Search / C A / Executive Assistant
and Jr. Accountant with DCAA Experience
The ideal persons should have toughness in handling complex situations, excellent
listening and overall communication skills, a background in marketing and contract
administration within our industry. S/he is mindful of completing the tasks taken on or
assigned, on time, is super organized with multi-tasking. S/he has exceptional skills
at MS Word, PP, Excel, and other computer systems.
Buyer - A Solid Negotiator
The candidate must be a seasoned negotiator with strong technical and people skills;
very organized and able to multi-task while meeting the deadlines. Key Result Areas
would be to negotiate long term contracts with suppliers, identify global suppliers to
reduce cost, get year over deflation, negotiate day to day purchases of raw material,
hardware, and outside services. Support the estimating by getting timely quotes to the
suppliers. Able to read prints and identify materials required for a project. The position
requires a Bachelor of Science in Engg or equivalent, with 8 + years of experience in our industry.
CNC Mill & Lathe Setup Machinist / Cell Leaders
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on technical background and 8 years of experience in our industry.
The candidate must be a seasoned machinist with strong people skills. Able to read prints and identify
materials required for a project. S/he Organizes and plans daily activity for associates within the assigned
cell; cross trains them, while actively operating and maintaining his own production.
